Staff was exceptional! Very friendly! The shower curtain rod was very loose on wall and shower curtain would not stay closed and was ripped on top. The drain stopper also did not seal all the way so water kept leaking put when taking a bath. Although just cosmetic, one of the bed table lampshades was very crumpled, just looked like poor maintenance on room.

We enjoyed the Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and cookies in lobby. The room was spacious, and had a sitting chair which my husband appreciates. The noise level at night was high. This was due to a sports team of young girls, arriving and having fun. But they did settle down by 10:30 or so.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. It was quiet and comfortable. There was some remodeling happening in the lobby area which didn’t really affect our stay. There were some stains on the chair in our room. We had an adjoining room which I didn’t ask for and don’t like.
