Had to do own housekeeping and empty trash outside of room everyday. Had to turn bathroom towels in and ask for new ones and only 1 was given per customer Charged for extra bed/crib and didn't have it until day 2 Breakfast was sad Had clogged bathroom sink the entire time even after reporting it. Talk about gross when several people are trying to brush teeth in a sink that doesn't drain.

Breakfast was very good, lots of variety, hot eggs, muffins, sausages. The hotel is tastefully decorated, rooms are spacious, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed! Absolutely nothing, all was perfect and enjoyed our stay.

There was no soap bar soap like what you would wash your body and face. I just had shampoo and conditioner and more shampoo. Little tiny bit. I was super glad I brought soap. Also it was dark and hard to see. I didn’t try the TV but my son did also a friend in their rooms. TV didn’t work.

The lobby area was great for everyone to sit around and hang out. The manager that worked the Friday morning we got there was not friendly at all. Very rude. Refused to even help us because it was before check in time. The lady that actually checked us in was amazing

The kids loved the pool and the indoor courtyard provided a great place to meet up with family. The Hive restaurant next door was a great spot for both food and drinks. The rooms that open onto the indoor courtyard are not very well lit.
