Venue was close. Staff was awesome. We had a receptionist go above and beyond and I wish I caught her name! My check in was scattered due to a time crunch so I was rushing, but ran into her off the clock and she was still being helpful and professional! Appliances seemed to be having issues. Ice machine and elevator ended up not working

Staff were helpful Mold in the room, heard from other people staying that there room was also moldy. Staff were willing to move us rooms,so that was nice. Pool was insanely packed with kids screaming till 9pm throwing balls.

The location was superb, a short walk away (for people in good shape) to the Mystic Lake Theatre. The beds were comfortable, place was clean and breakfast was pretty standard but good. Not much really to complain about.
