The location. The bed was very comfy. It was dingy and dirty. The floors left my socks black. The vent in the bathroom was falling in. The ice machine appeared moldy and the vending machines were out of order. Last but not least, the room had no closet nor iron. The iron was community property. I had to borrow it from the guy in 113.

Very close to 275 freeway Not the cleanest, has a smell throughout the building and housekeeping does not do a good job, does bare minimum, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, walls, table. Happy i brought my own blanket to sleep on our else i would of changed hotels. Do not recommend. Go next door to holiday inn express.

It was in a good location for us, it was quiet and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility itself needs a makeover and breakfast was coffee, juice and a waffle only! Care needs to be given to make this a place to want to return to!
