We left too early for breakfast so I can't say . Our room was clean and I liked the door directly outside to our car or another door to the inside hallway . The staff was very friendly and it was a good location . The hot tub bubbles didn't really work but it was hot . The inside hallway made me wish I had a vacum cleaner , and both ice makers downstairs were broken .

Beds were very uncomfortable, hot tub not working, unable to check in 30 minutes early without a charge, poor breakfast options/ maintain, dirty hallways, walkways were barely passable- covered in snow and ice not shoveled or salted, shower head in room was covered in filth....

The pool was down. Didn't say anything regarding the pool when I booked it that it was down for maintenance work.l,had to pay another hotel just to go swimming... The toilet clogged up twice .. We couldn't even flush the toilet paper down the toilet we had to throw it away in the garbage bag after they fixed it the first time.. The last night we were there the toilet was plunged again and we w we e able to flush toilet paper down.. the bathroom is very very small...
