Bed was comfortable, room was spacious Heating/cooling system was loud. Pillows were way too soft, no support. Toilet has hot water running to it and whistled as it filled. Shower head not secured inside wall, head was hand tight to shower arm and needed to be tightened by me to prevent waster spraying outside of shower. Hot water was too hot, would burn a child.

Didn't have the buffet because they only have it when they reach a certain occupancy. Would have liked to have known that ahead of time. We were able to order off the menu, and the food was very good. Another server for food. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Were slow to refill coffee/water station.

I worked in the hotel business and part of being a front desk person or a bartender is to be able to have a friendly personality. These people did not have them. They were polite but you could kind of feel that they were just there to do the mechanics of the job.
