The bed was comfortable. The Wifi was good. Serviceable if you have no where else you can stay. The breakfast was a bowl of oatmeal packets and a bowl of bananas and oranges, I am not sure I would call it breakfast. When I showed up there was a couple in the parking lot talking about bed bugs in their room. I don't know that there were actually bed bugs but the staff did not reassure me, just insisted they were wrong (and they could have been wrong). The rooms were very tired, marks on the walls and the walls were thin so when people were talking in the corridor you could hear everything. No fitness centre, and when I asked where you could walk the staff had no idea where to direct me. J

I was there for 2 nights and after the first night they attempted to enter my room while I was sleeping. I needed to leave by 6 pm to work 12 hours on 3rd shift. The next morning when I returned at 8am I was locked out of my room and there was no one at the front desk to let me in. There was also no number to call for service. After 15 minutes someone did arrive and reactivated my key card. There was no apology for my inconvenience. There was also no “Do Not Disturb” sign for me to hang on my door.

The bed was comfortable No shampoo/Conditioner. A/C noisy and didn't seem to work too well. No type of breakfast even tho it was advertised. Bad coffee and a stale muffin were offered. I went down the street for better coffee and food. For $255.00 plus tax and fees Total $288. for a terrible room. No elevator either. I flew in late and was looking a nice quiet room. I don't recommend this Hotel.

Nothing really .Hotel overpriced Towel’s were stained. One towel even had hair . Also hotel charged me extra $100.00 . Receptionist said because I booked the stay not directly through them. They said that $100.00 will be refunded back to me after our check out. Hmmm still haven’t received my money back. 3 business days already passed

Comfortable bed. Fruit at breakfast Lack of elevator for getting luggage up stairs. Aside from the fruit, there wasn't anything healthy for breakfast (microwave sweetened oatmeal, muffins, pop tarts). But still, breakfast was better than nothing.
