1. Liked the nice big windows although we could not figure out how to close the curtains to keep the sun from waking us sooner than needed. 2. Loved that there was cable on the tv and I didn’t have to pull out my small iPad screen to watch my favorite shows. 1. The bath tub was literally peeling. 2. There were hairs on the towels. Literally every single towel. On the wash cloth, looked like pubic hair or maybe facial hair. There were long white hairs on the body towels. It was disgusting. I just went out and bought towels from the store otherwise, there would be no showers for us. 3. The place needs to be carpet cleaned. From the lobby to the room, there is a stale smell and I can only imagine it coming from the smells that the carpet is holding.

Room size, normal fridge size. No spare blankets stored in the room despite us reserving for 4 people and the room had a pull out couch. Garbage cans are not large enough. No coffee pot MANY negatives about room condition such as extremely stained bed from who knows what, one heater/ac had cut live wires on the ground just capped off. Broken window. Walls had unknown stains (snot? Food?) all over, not just one spot. Couch cushions ripped along with parts of the couch itself. Paint chipped and wall/door damage in multiple spots. Entire walk to the room on the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. Stains on the floor. The ac was

Very proximate to the events I was in town for, also close to nice running/walking/biking trails and parks. Staff was very friendly. Sheets and mattress on one of the beds in our room were dirty. Requested new sheets from front desk but never got them. Also got a second floor room even though they’d confirmed our request for a first floor room on the reservation. Breakfast isn’t really a breakfast. Just a few mini muffins or box cereal.

Good location. They had overbooked, so we couldn’t get the room we booked. Was offered an "upgrade" how the upgrade was for a king size bed, rather than 2 beds. Had to share the bed with my 18 year old son. I was told the room had a couch but didnt. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work and it was really hot.

Perfect location for why we were in Rochester Hills. Room was clean and comfortable. Smokers were out front of the hotel just under our window and the smell came into our room through the air conditioning. Parking lot had a lot of garbage thrown around.

The location was hidden, drove around too much looking for destination. Cleanliness could have been a little better, there really needs some renovations with the oversized tub, the faucet leaked, and the floor in the bathroom was dirty.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was very nice. Pet friendly, only $15 per night. Free parking Bathroom had mold on the shower, and both the drain and shower faucet were broken. Free breakfast was awful.
