Our room was clean and fairly comfy Parking is awful, absolutely nothing works in this hotel. No pool, no hot tub, no cable TV, only the main door can be used as an entrance, so you have to walk forever away to park and come inside. The hotel is huge but pretty creepy. Furniture in the open areas resembled a vampire movie. Only one of three elevators was working, and it didn’t sounds or feel great to ride in. Staff were not dressed in respectable clothing, and appeared to be also living somewhere in the hotel. Our shower only work about half way so that was very uncomfortable.

Nice staff nice place seemed clean Couldn't use a lot of the amenities because of a storm couldn't use the cable couldn't use the pool the hot tub anything like that wasn't able to even get a key to the room had to be let into my room. I did tell staff my boyfriend was coming and they questioned him coming into the building but there were two other white people that walked in and she didn't say anything to them. I feel with the amenities not being able to be used and not being able to get keys that my price for my room should have been dropped down a little bit (discounted)
