Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty, pool was very nice, lots of towels in room. Room has older furniture and fixtures, but was comfortable, clean and fresh smelling. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. No maid service on second day, wet towels left around in hallways and pool area for along time, lots of smoking outside which I could smell, tons of cigarettes butts and empty cans in parking lot. Hair dryer, refrigerator, ice machine did not work, has to get some from desk. Phone in room was not connected to anything.

We loved the pool abs that it was close to the Toledo zoo and had other things close by. The first day we also went to the GNR adventure center, which was close by too. The breakfast was great n always filled up. Some of the things could be cleaned a little bit more Vents in the room were very dusty, tub needed a good scrub and around the pool area I had to continually ask for towels. Outdoor areas needed some garbage picked up but seemed like a safe area.

Great price. Good size room. Comfy bed. So many options on the TV- so many channels and streaming services. A/c worked to my liking. My ONLY complaint is the EXTREMELY thin toilet paper. Which is easily fixable- can bring my own next time 😊

Love the location in the pool was wonderful Our toilet had to be fixed and it still was running so it did not get fixed properly and we had one bed in one of our rooms that was broke so my kids had a hard time sleeping
