I liked that I was able to get a different room after being in bed with a cockroach on the first floor🪳 we quickly went and told them about it. They gave us a room on the second floor. Also the staff was nice. On the first floor there was a cockroach 🪳 infestation. We didn't notice them until around 11pm. In the hallway we seen them crawling. In the room we saw one by the microwave, we ignored it until we went to bed and had one jump in the middle of us. Apparently wanting a threesome. Also the pillows were kind of goofy. Reminded me of small nuggets.

They cancelled my reservations without trying to call me first. We got to town early morning only to find they have my room away and could not check me in. After refusing me a room for myself and partner and our 2 children. The GM finally checked us in to get washed up and ready for the funeral we were in town to attend. What a fiasco considering the event was a traject loss of life. This issue just added insult to injury. Sad & disappointed
