The heater was quiet and quickly warmed the rooms. Large refrigerator. Beautiful view. Two luggage carts make transporting luggage easy. However, you will have to carry your bags upstairs yourself. It was quite quiet. We couldn't hear a noise from the road. Comfortable beds and clean linens. The kitchenette had everything you need, including paper towels, a sponge, a cloth napkin, dish soap, salt, and pepper. The room had good complimentary coffee: regular and decaf. The bathroom we had very good moisturizing soap. The hotel is clean but odor-free, including from cleaning products and linens. The location would have been perfect if not for the road construction on Route 28. On our first day back at the hotel, we drove for 40 minutes but couldn't get there. Police were everywhere, turning us around. However, we've lived on Cape Cod for years and know plenty of back roads. Finally, we passed the "Road Closed. Detour" sign and were at the hotel in two minutes. It would have been nice if the front desk had explained how to get there. After 5:00 PM, the road is open until morning. Also, the river view rooms on the second floor have French balconies. Sitting outside is prohibited. If…

A "real" coffee maker in the room, full size refrigerator is terrific even if you're only staying for a couple of days. It allowed me to buy a few extra groceries for the road trip home LOVED making a 6 AM pot of coffee and walking around the back and standing over Parker's river to watch the resident hawk go a out his business. November is the perfect time - no traffic, hotel and pool are very quiet, you'll have the place to yourself. first impression walking in the side door stairwell, the carpet was all torn up on the staircase… My first thought was "oh no"… The rooms and facilities and property far exceeded that first impression. Replace that carpet on the first 10 steps, even if you don't go all the way to the top!
