This place is such a gem. You can book directly through their website (https://proctormansioninn.com/) to save a couple bucks. The property is beautifully kept, and the inn keeper was so very kind and generous. I was the only one in the property during my stay and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, which as a solo female traveler is always a concern. I cannot stress enough how wonderful all the staff I encountered were. The room I stayed in was the Peach room which was so gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub was luxurious. I think this would be a very sweet place to stay for t I did not have any complaints. I loved the room I was in. I went exploring and the other rooms looked really lovely as well. The whole home has so much character, which I love. It would be a great place for an event.

A real breakfast, cookies delivered to the room, and staying in an historic building instead of a crummy concrete block... absolutely the right answer. It is an old building, so be aware that there are some cracks in the plaster. But, everything is very comfortable and good. Had a little issue with wifi cutting out... no big deal.

Location was great, close to Gillette stadium even with traffic going to the World Cup. Our host was very accommodating and even let us borrow her personal car to run a quick errand. Rooms were very clean, and bed was comfortable. For an older property it is well maintained and individual AC’s in every room kept it nice and cold.

Breakfast was good. Television was terrible in the room and the inn keeper could not figure out how to work it either. The inn keeper was nice telling us interesting things about the movie filmed there.
