The location was top-notch - 2-5 minute walking distance to the shopping Mecca in Boston -Prudential Center, Copley Square, and of course, Newbury street. If you like, the arts, its also walking distance to the Boston Symphony Hall; a very short train ride away from Museum of Fine Arts of Boston; Walking distance to the Church of St. Cecilia - a beautiful Roman Catholic Church that has been around for more than 130 years. Mandarin Oriental Staff gets excellent grades for their discretion and highly anticipatory care of the guests. Rooms need some plants or flowers to make it more alive and warmer.

Excellent location , very good staff . Breakfast well bellow expectations. Air (fresh as we were told ) was blowing in the room non stop !!! As a result room was cold . Staff Tried to fix it by stacking a piece of cartoon on the ceiling abut didn't work. Hotel has to address the issue .
