A striking building externally and very comfortable apartment, all the basics are spot on and it is excellent value for money. On-site car parking was great. Breakfast was quaint, a mini buffet on a help yourself basis worked well, with seating and tables close by. Staff very pleasant and helpful when required. Newburyport itself is a lovely town and the location is very central for the restaurants, bars and main attractions of the town and also for day trips to places close by such as Portsmouth, Rockport, Gloucester, Salem & Plum Island Just fine the way it is!
