Youpeoplebooking.com took my money for another room in Holyoke charged me and then told me I couldn't use the reservation. I want my money put back on my card properly please that is no way to do business I don't like that you booked a room for me in Holyoke and then texted me 2 minutes later telling me that the reservations were canceled but you took my payment. I want my money put back on my card right away please. Like I said that is no way to do business that is wrong

because I booked through booking.com they wouldn't put my rewards number in. because of that I couldn't get on the Wi-Fi with creating a free membership, but I wasn't going to do that because I already have rewards. logging on doesn't allow you to manually put your number in. a bit of a disappointment but I survived

Easy to get to; breakfast was not bad, bed very good It needed maintenance. There was a burn mark in the bathroom; a lock had been taken out of the door and the holes were there and the door had damage; I had to move the coffee machine around the room looking for a plug
