The beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft, the shower head was really nice, modern fixtures in bathroom, the room was clean and smelled nice, our room was on the ground floor so it was easy to move things in and out of the window to save time, the TV worked great and offered a lot of digital channels that kept us entertained The toilet needed to be flushed twice or we "got change back" after a transaction, there was a lot of loud noises that triggered our PTSD, you could hear everything going on in the hallway, the doors to other rooms were slamming shut all through the night and into morning, there was no towel rack or hanger near the shower so we had to step out of the shower wet to walk to the sink to get towels, someone had drawn in the TV screen with some kind of marker, the locking mechanism on the bathroom door was completely broken and parts missing, the door to the room looked like something tried to chew

Well when we checked in there was a homeless lady in the hallway with all her belongings on a trolley, the outside door doesn't lock so anyone can come and go. Homeless sleeping. There was no food or drinks in vending machine. The gentleman that checked us in didn't know one thing about PLYMOUTH. While he sits all day waiting for a customer he should Google what there is to do around the area. Nasty Dirty windows in hallways

It was well meaning.. it is undergoing some kind of transition and my room was awesome with comfortable bed The building was run down, the entrance doors did not have locks and was wide open to anyone, dirty land s aoing and some questionable clientele
