comfortable room, bed(s), wifi Coffee maker was on top of the microwave, completely out of my reach without witout standing on a chair. The only cjair in the room was a rolling chair. It was also not plugged in. Plug was behing the fridge. I mentioned it to the front desk, and got my coffee downstairs. I then realized that the fridge coule be slid out, and I could access the plug. Had my coffee in my room on the second morning. The heater/air conditioner was a bit uneven in performance and loud.

It was an extremely last minute find after making reservations at a different hotel and realizing that facility was disappointing. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and warm- answered all of my questions and assisted and helping me figure out what I needed. The sofa has stains and mattress on sofa bed had quite a bit of urine stains... after getting mattress cover from front desk... we were able to remedy the issue.

Breakfast.courteous, pleasant,friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable bed. Rooms, lobby and eating ares clean. Asked for regular room & got wheelchair room instead. Hand held shower a little challenging. Causes water to go on bathroom floor. Room needs beter ventilation too hot & humid. Caused sweating and sleeplessness. We were told no pets allowed, but saw a big dog. No luggage carts available.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent and hot, with staff keeping the supply replenished. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. Nothing based on our needs. FYI - the pool is closed indefinitely for those that really want access to a pool.
