The hotel was spotless. It looked and smelled incredibly clean. My room size was ample. Much bigger than other rooms I’ve stayed in at other hotels. Parking was easy. Staff was nice. Check in was tedious. Maybe they were under staffed but this poor woman seemed to be working very hard to obtain info from housekeeping as to whether rooms were clean / ready. I felt bad for her. The staff was only overwhelmed because they had so many folks checking in and the information as to whether rooms were clean and ready or not was not making it back to the front desk fast enough. But, throughout it all, the staff remained pleasant and friendly and they handled it very well. Also I feel the price per night was gouged. Very high. $400+. But, I didn’t really have complaints about my room

Location good. Breakfast most containers were empty. We had sausage links and cinnamon rolls to xhoose from in the hot foods area. We should hav been told the pool would be out of service for the weekend. The pool was most important for the kids.
