The young lady that checked me in was very nice. I reserved the double king but when I got there was given double queen. When I told front desk I was told that's all they had due to renovations, but I was still charged the same price. The beds were extremely hard, the toilet had to be flushed several times to work. The neighbors were very noisy all night. I decided to check out much earlier than expected. I will not be staying there anymore.

The location was close to shops and restaurants The room I reserved was not the room I was given also the tub was full of water I had to return to the front desk and ask for another room The hotel could use some renovations the carpet was dirty and the grout between the tiles was cracked. The lien was dingy and the sheets had small holes

The door was open to the room when I got to my room the bed was messed at the bottom, and there was no hot water for the shower, and there was no remote to the TV The bed was comfortable

Close to the venue that's the only thing I liked. It needs a lot of updating. Try to get washcloths and towels. We were told we had to wait 10 minutes. I will not go back there again.
