The front desk clerk who checked us in was fantastic She helped us get a better rate to include parking while on our cruise. Our main comp!aint was being told to be in the lobby at 9:45 am the morning we were to take shuttle to port. The actual time to check out and meet in lobby was 11:45 am. We had checked out of rooms and sat in lobby 2 hours! Very uncomfortable.. We were told by two front desk clerks to meet at 9:45 am. Finally the clerk on duty that morning admitted we had been given wrong information. see above

The location was good. The hotel room itself was fine for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was very good and appreciated. Check-in/ check-out process was fairly easy. My kids were looking forward to the pool but unfortunately it was under maintenance.
