Hot tub in the room was big selling point.” It rates 8.6 across 547 reviews, below the 9.0 median for tub stays in Thomaston — worth reading the reviews before booking.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. We were on the second floor conveniently located near the elevators and didn't hear any noises outside our room at any time that we were there. The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly. We took advantage of the pool which was also clean and well maintained. The temperature of the air and water were perfect for relaxing after a long drive that day. Breakfast was nicely set up and there was a pleasant staff member making sure everything was in good order and working properly. The only thing and it wasn't a big deal was that the fridge wasn't cold and we couldn't find any way to make it colder. Other than that we can't think of a thing we didn't like

They did a great job on everything. There is renovations and that is why I lowered a couple things above, but they really are doing a great job trying to continue providing superb service during the expected mess of renovations. N/A

We had a couple of issues due to construction and the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond to solve the problem. Every staff member we encountered was positive and attentive. Nothing comes to mind

I would like to request that you add real scrambled eggs to the breakfast menu instead of the pre-made omelets.
