The staff was polite and overall cleanliness was good with plenty of hot water. I upgraded to a "king sized suite with hottub" because of my disability, the draw being a functioning hot tub. Due to internet issues there was difficulty in initially showing the upgrade, but that got resolved. That evening I went to use a beverage machine that failed to dispense my beverage. I was basically told, "oh well my loss" and that a sign would be put on the machine. I went to use the hot tub in my room and while the water was hot, the jets did not function, and an inspection revealed two broken vent nozzels so basically I had an oversized bath tub.
