The staff was polite and overall cleanliness was good with plenty of hot water. I upgraded to a "king sized suite with hottub" because of my disability, the draw being a functioning hot tub. Due to internet issues there was difficulty in initially showing the upgrade, but that got resolved. That evening I went to use a beverage machine that failed to dispense my beverage. I was basically told, "oh well my loss" and that a sign would be put on the machine. I went to use the hot tub in my room and while the water was hot, the jets did not function, and an inspection revealed two broken vent nozzels so basically I had an oversized bath tub. Overall it seemed pretty clean Staff was rude when I explained there was no parking left as a few trucks had hauled in trailers and took up several spots. They told me " hope you don't get towed " rooms and facilities were mediocre at best. The hotel looks a bit rundown overall. It did seem pretty clean, but I was second guessing most everything. It was hard to tell if they clean things like the remote, AC unit controls, lamps, and switches.

Waited in the lobby for 20-25 minutes with no one present to check in. Someone had put a sign in the counter that said will be right back, sorry. Staff was in the bathroom in hallway and emotionless with check in and at checkout. Two different employees. The housekeeper at check out 5/11/25 was very nice. Food quality was poor at breakfast Staff lack of service and food. Bed was comfortable and water in shower was hot
