The lady at the desk on the evening shift was very sweet. Even though I had a letter from my Dr deeming my 2 little dogs ESA’s management wanted to charge me $35 a day for each. She got them to only charge for one. My little dogs are well behaved. The place wasn’t clean. They did no damage. So the extra $116.85 they charged for my dogs made it not worth it. I checked into a Dury inn and they charged me nothing for my dogs. It was clean. And so nice. The pool area was filthy. Mud or BM on some of the chairs. The tops of the tables were filthy. Actually black in places. Looked like a homeless person left their things at one of the side doors.

When you walk in the door it was clean. They have a small breakfast in the morning. Than going to the room had a double queen. Picked up It was like this quickly changed bedding dusted and let. Smell of smoke no towels and we ended up finding things people left behind prior. There was plastic bags stuffed in toilet. When telling the staff was told to just flush it. Very small restroom. Move around to shut the door. Fire alarm went off at 3am. Understood it was a false alarm but no more was saying anything and everyone was clueless. Than it was hard to hear in the rooms. Said only handicap room have alarms. Pool was dark and VERY cold.

Being on ground floor was good. Convenience of being close to the event center that we had archery at. Breakfast was not very good. My first boiled egg was raw, my second boiled egg was bland. You need salt and pepper to help with the eggs. I saw a guy take several and only ate part of the yokes because they are so dry without something. The yogurt was just, ok. My husband and I are diabetic and shouldn't be eating muffins or donuts or waffles. Also the cereals you have are sugar and have raisins some people don't like raisins plain cheerios would be a good idea.

Room was ok. No problems. Indoor pool. Complimentary breakfast. No bugs, clean. Booked and paid online. Non refundable. When I showed up they are asking guests to go to a nearby gas station and withdraw a hundred dollars in cash to pay a surprise deposit. If you are unwilling or dont have 100 cash at check in, you cannot stay in the nonrefundable paid for room. Also loud slamming in the hallway through out the night by staff. Room was otherwise ok. Staff inspects your room before you check out. Small pillows

The room was cool during extreme heat. Space was clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Waffles were good. The pool was closed by the health department. There was no elevator and coffee was only available in the breakfast area which was on the first floor. There was only one ice machine which is also located on the first floor. The 2nd floor hallway was extremely hot.

Location and low price of the room and reasonable pet friendly policy Hallway carpets were very dirty, some rooms were not available because housekeeping had not showed up, the exterior door to room 123 had to make sure it closed and locked . The bathroom door was broken, would not latch. The couch in the room was worn. The continental breakfast was poor quality and very limited selection.

Everything was great but the staff when I was checking out he wasn’t friendly and there was a baggie on the floor with white residue in it that another guests standing beside me at the counter found on the floor!!! They had a small child that almost picked it up. That’s not ok. We asked for towels and they weren’t brought and the guy was very rude. Everything i just said above

The pool was warm which was wonderful! Just what my kids and I needed. The lounge chairs by the pool were broken. Everything was a little dirty and old. No one keeps anything up these days or knows how to properly clean. That seems to be life on the road.
