This is one of the best hotels that we stayed at for our 12 day vacation. We stayed at 9 different hotels and we ranked this the best of those. Employees were all very nice and room was the best. Breakfast area has regular plates, silverware, glasses, and linen napkins. I can’t remember the last time a hotel we stayed in didn’t have paper plates and plastic silverware. Parking around the back was a little cramped, but ok . There is another lot, but we were only there for one night, so we stayed in the same spot.

Daniel was so accommodating that he troubleshoot the remote controls and when that didn't work , he found a new room for me just four doors down and he assisted me in packing up my belongings and transported them to my new room.. the breakfast buffet was a variety which was very pleasant That my TV did not work but Daniel troubleshooted as described above

Quiet comfortable suite. Good space, and double vanity bathroom. Nice selection of books and apparel in Lobby store. In room coffee was not great. Long walk to breakfast & coffee from William House. Would be better with single serve Keurigs. Breakfast options were a little sparse.
