Convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Staff were courteous. Place was reasonably clean. That's about all I can say that is positive about the facility Every single light fixture in the room had one of the two bulbs burnt out, making the room poorly lit. A lamp by the bedside had a broken light socket, and the bulb was hanging by the electrical wire. The electric outlet on the lamp was pulled out, exposing the wiring behind it. Only one outlet in the room was functional, making it difficult to charge electronics. There was a sticky toy stuck to the ceiling. The breakfast had a menu, but only half the items were there. We saw two warming pans in the breakfast nook when we arrived, but one had been removed at breakfast. There was a dispenser fo

When we arrived, the window was wide open without a screen in it. So right away I shut the window and look for bugs and animals and anything else that might’ve gotten in. We recognize why the window was open because it smelled very musty and dirty inside the room. There were several little bugs on and in the bed that might’ve been from the window being open. The pillows did not smell clean nor did the sheets. Very dated toilet and shower with stains. Very loud fan in bathroom.

Bed comfortable. Room was overall decent. Swing shift desk clerk rocked. For why needed the room I was okay. Room had lot of maintenance issues that needed work. Scuff marks or glue marks on tables and holes in the walls. Bathroom light didn't turn off, no smoke detector, main door had latching issues. Sodas left in fridge. Mold near tub.

It was just off the interstate with easy access. The smoke detector had plastic over it. The fire doors to the stairwell didn’t and weren’t kept closed. Towel holder in the bathroom had rust on it. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The mattress needed to be replaced.
