A very clean facility. Clean, comfortable rooms. We stayed here twice because the place was clean and fresh and everything worked. The owner was nice. Breakfast buffet was meager. Price was high given that it was pretty basic and the breakfast options were absolutely minimal. However, given the options in Chanute, it is a bit like dining in an airport - they can charge a lot for very basic stuff.
