The lady who checked us in was great. Very friendly and easy to work with. The room was clean, cool, and the bed was very comfortable. We were excited and anticipating a good breakfast and the breakfast sucked. It was a Sunday morning there were a few scrambled eggs, no meat, no potatoes. There were biscuits but out of gravy. No cream cheese for a bagel. I had cold Raisin Bran and my fiancé had microwave oatmeal! Never seen a staff person the entire time we were eating “breakfast.” And the bathrooms in the main lobby were out of order!!

Price was great, location was great. The person was not in the office when we got there. He left a number to call but he didn’t answer the first customer that was there and the second customer finally got him but whatever he said made the customer mad so he left. The person finally came acted like he was annoyed and asked me was I the one that called, when I said no he calmed down. Between the nose piercing and body tattoos and his nervous behavior I almost left to.

the bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows! definitely got a good night's rest. I liked that there was breakfast but they never put out more for the late breakfast eaters. I reserved the family suite and for that big of a room, there weren't enough outlets! and the light switches didn't make sense. one for the bathroom area was halfway across the room. the bathroom light switch didn't even turn off the lights in the bathroom... they had like no function.

We got the Family room, this was a bank for our buck. 3 beds plus a 4th if we pulled the couch out. Huge room! Very spacious!! The breakfast, or lack their of was disappointing. The stairs to the second floor were very steep, dangerous if not paying attention.

The price was great. Our back door the key would not work. They could not fix it. So had to walk around to courtyard side to get into room 132. The pool needs lights for swimming at night. Very dangerous no lighting.

Cost location and staff. The breakfast was in a pleasant room. The breakfast was all right. The bed was comfortable. There were some maintenance issues in the unit. The shower needed a thorough clean.
