The counter person couldn't find our reservation. She did have a room, though. We became a "walk in". No one was at the counter when we tried to check out the next morning. No receipt was slipped under the door during the night either. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to check us out. We left our key cards(in the holder they came in so they'd know our room number) in the return basket and left. We ended up being charged twice for one night--two different amounts--and when we called them they said they only charged us once and wouldn't help us further. It's been a pain trying to get…

Convenient location, price through Booking.com reasonable, however adding 1 more night was outrageously unacceptable "Breakfast" was a joke, waffles, cereal or pastries were the only option. The biscuits for the gravey were rock hard and cold. I never ate anything here. Although I was here 6 days, the South entry door would never close correctly or securely. There were 'street rat' type people milling around in that area and despite me advising the front desk of this issue,

The coffee in the lobby was cold and the table was dirty. The staff was very unfriendly. In the morning, there was still time for breakfast (not continental breakfast), and by the time breakfast was over, there was nothing left. There were three of us, and they only gave me two apples, and it said "regular breakfast," not "continental breakfast."
