I was in town for trial and the room was great! I loved having my work space separate from my sleeping space. The breakfast was great, although sometimes it was a bit skimpy because there were a bunch of military people there. Latricia did an excellent job of keeping my room neat and clean, and she was so friendly! Vincent was very friendly as well. Most of your staff were quite good! The microwave in my room didn't work. I called the front desk and Carrie was NOT helpful at all. In fact, she was rude. I ended up having to switch rooms and a few minutes after my call she came to my room and said, "How quickly will you be out of this room?" Rude! I was already packing and she saw that. I wouldn't have had to change rooms if the microwave was working, or if she could have told me when a new one would arrive. She has no problem-solving skills. No one offered me any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

Size of the room. Nice kitchen area. Friendly staff. They gave you plenty of towels to start off so that was nice. The breakfast was not great. I really dont like the sandwich breakfast at Home to Suites. The had maybe grits or cream of wheat, not something I want. So breakfast was toast. The egg bites were okay. Horrible microwave bacon.
