The desk clerk on the evening staff was awesome! He worked his tail off and handled everything like a pro! The facilities are very dated and not in a good way. The carpets in the hallway and near the elevator were so stained and gross. There were ice machines on every floor however none were in working order. There was a sign posted in the elevator to let the guests know if ice was needed, they had to get it from the front desk. Unfortunately, when there's only one person working, a quick trip to get ice took over 20 minutes. The staff person was dealing with an issue with another guest that took quite some time to get resolved. I went to get ice on 3 separate occasions and she wasn't available bec

I have stayed here several times over the last 3 years. This time they DID upgrade the room because the room I reserved online was not available. As opposed to my other stays, the breakfast was not as good. On Monday morning they were out of sausage and eggs. They didn't have syrup for the waffles any of the four days that I was there. It just wasn't to the standard of the earlier stays.
