Location good and the night clerk was very sweet. It had snowed a few days before and it was plowed but not as good as the other hotels and grocery stores so it was slick when we got out of car at the entrance. Parking lot was not cleared enough either. Rooms were old and dated which in turn makes you think they are dirty. Your hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The wall colors dark and dingy, the furniture wore completely out, the tub was old looking and the toilet seat has turned yellow. The bedding is old and the mattress cover was hanging out and gross looking.

Breakfast was very good, with a full hot breakfast served. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous. There was no internet. The hotel was suffering from an outage that had been going on for at least 24 hours before we arrived. Front desk staff could not locate reservation due to outage and check-in had to be done manually with pen and paper. No internet also meant there was no wifi and no television. Everything was still down when we left, meaning they had no internet for at least 48 hours.

Location was great. Clean comfortable rooms. Treadmill didn’t work, pool was closed and no breakfast our first morning there. Didn’t seem as though staff cared if we had hot food on our second and third morning. Coffee was mediocre at best.
