Location First put into a room with no tub facet, desk clerk was very apologetic and then moved to a different room: There is an overall musty smell to the rooms and I wish the hot tub worked. There needs to be some investment back into the facility.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice breakfast every morning, but most importantly there was hot coffee! Thank you. The bathroom towels were well used and scratchy. That would be my only suggestion, upgrade your towels and wash clothes. The room was also a little pricey for Coffeyville, Kansas.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. The food was hot. The coffee was hot in the breakfast area was clean. Apparently, we picked a very noisy location. There’s nothing you can do about the train traffic. We know Coffeeville well but we were surprised at the number of trucks coming and going in the morning.
