“Decent breakfast and I liked the separate room for extra sleeping. Staff was friendly. I was under the impression based on the description that there would be 2 twin beds. There was a king, a fold out couch, and a full. This made uncomfortable sleeping situation. Also the AC/Heater in the second room did not work. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. We had 9 people total (6 adults, 3 kids) split into 2 rooms and they accommodated our request to have rooms near each other (just a few doors down). It was exactly what my family and I needed for our weekend trip! The pool room was very heavy on the chlorine but I think that is just the nature of hotel pool rooms and not a negative ding about these guys specifically. My kids loved the pool and spent hours in there both nights we were here.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The room size was great. The room obviously hadn't been cleaned properly. The carpet was really "crummy" with even people's nail clippings on the floor. We also wanted 2 twin beds, but ended up with a double. We just made due without complaining to the staff. The ice makers were all broken. We disnt go to the pool, but we thought by glance it looked fine!

The location was good. It was really quiet. Not a lot of car noises. The staff acting like their job was an inconvenience. You had to fill out a form for room service. Or towels. We never received the towels we requested. There weren’t sheets on the sofa bed. We had to go ask the staff for them. Asked for plastics utensils. They acted like giving us utensils came out of their paycheck.

Quiet. I don’t think there was enough staff. Not that I didn’t get.service. The person who checked me in said they only had two people to clean rooms and check people in. I had to wonder around looking for the ice machine. I found other guests wondering around looking for things because there was nobody staff.

Close to a lot of amenities. Adventure Land is minutes away. quiet and will absolutely stay here again. Staff was super nice !! Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Found a few long hairs in the shower.
