Breakfast was very well done. I was very early and the lady in charge was so kind and helpful about the early hour. She was efficient at getting the buffet set up and still carry on a conversation with me. Very congenial. Desk clerk, however, seemed to be more interested in telling about her smoking ordeal as she tries to quit. She seemed to be rather slow at getting the booking done, but that may have been the process she had to follow. She was congenial, but really more interested in herself than her customers.

T.V. and remote. It was a pain in the a___. Very difficult to navigate. Remote did not work, especially. Very few channels. No Hallmark, Life, etc. You definitely need an elevator. The stairs were steep and thus dangerous.
