The beds were comfortable. Dove brand hygiene items were much appreciated. The room was adequately clean. The front desk staff/Kevin was friendly and helpful. We would stay again once the renovations are completed. The only drawbacks: The restaurant/bar was not open. We didn't care about the pool but we did miss the hot tub not being available. The arcade and exercise rooms needs some attention. The balcony door was sticking a bit. The heater was loud. Some of the vending machines were out of order or not fully stocked.

The bed was cozy, I like the dark colored furniture in room but feel that the floors should be a little darker in color. I also enjoyed the view from the balcony. oh my, finding hairs in sink, on toilet, in the bath tub, and on the top cover on the bed. I was taking a shower and when it was time to put some Conditioner in my hair. Instead I put Body Lotion in my hair that the Housekeeper put in the shower along with Shampoo and Body Wash..

The elevator near the front desk was broken, and we had to use the elevator on the other side of the building. The mattress was comfortable, but it was a full size, while the frame was queen size.
