We got a room on the first floor so we didn't have to deal with elevators There were snacks on Friday in the lobby There was adequate parking and we didn't have to walk far at night from the parking lot. The bathroom was small and the bathmat was tiny The TV remotes needed batteries; the iron was broken but they did give us another one There was a smell in the room. The sofa was stained One of the sheets had a worn through spot that appeared as a stain but it was more like a thin hole but it was like ten inches in diameter. The beds were doubles and not queen which is hard when two people sleeping in one bed.

The first time I was on the third floor and I absolutely loved the room and everything the staff was phenomenal The second time I stayed was just the opposite I was in room 100 it had a strange odor the phone did not work it was smaller and the people around me were extremely loud

Breakfast was good, the rooms were very quiet. The room we had a ceiling fan that was great for the sofa sleeper area. Bed was comfortable but seemed like a queen and not a King. The pool was closed and the exterior of the building needs TLC. Power wash or paint maybe both.
