Staff was friendly and interacted with us ( & grandkids) whenever we were in public spaces. Breakfast was nice and included something for everyone. The grandkids especially loved the pool. The accessibility to the pond (with walking path around) was a fun way to be outside and enjoy nature, too (when the weather cooperated!). We've stayed at this location multiple times and the quality of rooms varies. It seems like renovations are being attempted in some spaces, but other spaces (like our room this time) could definitely use some updating! The main bed and the pull-out (for the grandkids) were not at all comfortable. Also, the spa/hot tub in the pool space has not been functional for at least 4 years, yet there is only a flimsy netting as barrier to that part of the space! A better barrier is need for safety, especially since children are the frequent visitors to the pool space.

We liked the location and the comfort and staff. TV in Living room needs to be replaced, its about to go out. Has lines going down the screen as you are watching TV. Fire place is not working. Needs some updates. Pool was a little on the chilly side and the hot tub was not functioning. The rate was high for these conditions.
