Good place to stay overnight on our route to Chicago. Good value. Everything needs to be updated, however: clean bed, no smell, good breakfast sets you well for the remaining leg of the trip. ...and yes, easy to find, there were absolutely no problems finding the place - just keep driving downhill after the exit and you will see the hotel on the right, cannot miss it. If you arrive after 6 pm and are hungry, go directly to the local Texas steakhouse for dinner as a lot of other places stop serving dinner at certain times. We checked three with no luck at around 8pm. Air conditioner under the window is loud and there was some loud ongoing dripping noise from it all night as well.

The staff was super nice and they offered a small breakfast area in the morning. Great for if you want something inexpensive and somewhere to just sleep. When walking into the room we noticed that the bed only had a fitted sheet and pillows. We had to ask for a blanket. Also, found a dirty wash cloth under a stool and a dent in the wall like it had been kicked in.

Nothing hot on the breakfast, just oat meal Things are out of date, carpet, furniture, etc.. that is why it couldn’t be listed as a romantic spot for most. Women like upscale things, especially romance, if they’re just for sex, different story!
