The bed, Shower was disgusting. Hot tub was under a Cation tape. False advertisement. There were drinks in the fridge from last people staying.

The location is great. The check in lady was AMAZING! She had a line out the door with people waiting to check in and she didn't even seem to be overwhelmed. She definitely needed help that evening. She didn't let anyone who seemed frustrated get to her or anything. She did great! The flooring/carpet I noticed is starting to get old. We stayed on the 4th floor and the carpet is starting to become a trip hazard. Probably should be fixed before it becomes a liability.

The breakfast policy was not explained at check in and there were 5 in my party. When I have stayed in HIEX in the past breakfasts have been complimentary. The carpet in the halls was worn, buckling, and fraying in places. The pool water was cold. The shower floor was slippery and we nearly fell several times. There was no hair dryer. The beds were clean and comfortable. See above

Close proximity to venue. Staff very friendly and helpful. No usb ports in room. TV remote was not working properly. No crosswalk to get to venue (not sure that is their fault but they could lobby to have one built).

Staff was great. Couldn’t get over how quiet it was. The bed and pillows were incredible. The lobby is great but the hallways and rooms are starting to show their age. Needs updated

Location Carpeting was in bad shape in hallways. Weren’t clear whether they would give AAA and AARP discounts. They didn’t.
