“Great location right off the highway with lots of parking. Hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We had a room with a spa tub. I loved how it was in the bathroom, but you could open wooden shutters to see into the bedroom, watch TV, etc. The room was updated and very nice. The front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. We wish breakfast started at 6 instead of 7. We were in town for volleyball tournament that started daily at 7am. We couldn't have breakfast and none there. We didn't eat daily until lunch time. Nothing quick to even grab. We went next door for their restaurant and bar area as well. Wish we had our own to use. Our mini fridge didn't have a freezer area. We had medicine t hat had to stay cold but couldn't freeze our ice packs for the drive home. We used iced from the ice machine but would have been nice to have the freezer option. This is was our first time not having one in a hotel.

The room and the stay and the front staff was amazing A lady that was working with breakfast our last morning there kept giving me dirty looks and racist vibes, im in a biracial couple with biracial children and she made us feel real uncomfortable with her dirty looks she kept giving us and poor customer service, as she did not do this to the other residents at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent as is usual for Fairfield. Room temp was set at 60 degrees when we arrived (brr). There was a crack/gash in the bathroom floor tile (a toddler could have easily cut his/her foot on it … good way to get a lawsuit). The tissue box in the bathroom was empty. The lightbulb in one bedside lamp wasn’t working. The parking lot was in serious disrepair.
