Good location with respect to my event Room heater was off when we arrived and it took a few hours to warm the room up. Furnishings were cheap and all lights and outlets switched off on one light switch. Bedside lamp came apart in my hand. There just is no money being spent to improve and upgrade the property. Not a good value for my money

It was quiet. The staff were friendly, responsive and accommodating. I found my stay restful, which was what I needed. The breakfast could have used more protein options for those of us with diabetes and concerns about too many carbs. Having a few hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator would be a nice, relatively inexpensive accommodation.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The toilet moved when being sat on and our first room had a smoke detector that was chirping because it's battery needed to be replaced. The staff never replaced it. They just moved us to the room with the moving toilet.

Staff was pleasant. There was still paint tape hanging in our bathroom from a recent paint job. The curtains were broken and hanging. The A/C never removed humidity from the room, it only blew somewhat cool air. No elevator.
