“We enjoyed breakfast, and the tub was relaxing, staff was friendly, and helpful. We had to downsize rooms when we got there due to the room we had had not been cleaned, didn't have toilet paper, r or towels, or washcloths for that matter. The lamps was flickering, it had not been cleaned in probably years, even the staff told me that it hadn't been used in a while. there was trash in the room, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. anyway so I went and asked to switch rooms and they did quickly, and nicely let me transfer to a different room but then that room didn't even have a microwave in it and it wasn't what I paid for because I paid for the upgrade, including two beds, a kitchen area and hot tub, which I had to downgrade to a regular room with one bed to get in the new room. but at the time it was worth it, and the front desk lady is very friendly and she did help the best she could at the time. Oh, and the only smoke detector in the room was covered tightly with a plastic bag or something. So luckily it wasn't needed, or I would have been screwed. But, the breakfast is amazing.
