The location was very near the marina and a good Mexican restaurant was in walking distance. The outside door’s electronic key mechanism had been broken into and it had been duct taped back to the door facing. Hence, it didn’t offer any protection against anyone not a registered guest at the hotel. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we first arrived, so the hotel cleaning staff need coaching. Breakfast offerings were not inviting, and the coffee was absolutely disgusting—very low quality and stale tasting. The half and half creamer was not even chilled, and it was so OLD, it had turned into a semi-solid “goo” that wouldn’t even come out of the contain

The staff was friendly and very accommodating Cleanliness could have been better, as we also stayed at their cabins for a few days prior to our room reservation. The refrigerator was unclean in the cabin. We cleaned it ourselves, only to discover it was broken. They came in and replaced it for us as soon as the maintenance person was available. The original room we booked was deemed unavailable due to another guest insisting on staying another night. The manager was kind enough to move us to hotel that she managed near the Walmart with similar specs and discounted us as well. While it's not what we had intended for, it still worked out fo

Close to everything Bathroom was dirty bed was VERY uncomfortable and the breakfast as cold both days we were there! The first day they ran out of eggs and sausage so my husband let them know and they brought some out and it was cold the person just barley microwaved it then the second day everything in the warmer was cold because it wasn’t even plugged in! And so my husband was gonna make waffles and it was unplugged as well

The property is located super close to the lake and would be a great spot in the summer if you are going to the lake. The property is an older property and needs some updating. The mattress was a coil spring mattress and I love my foam mattress. The room and hotel need to updated. I had to figure out why the tv was not working( loose connection on the tv) easy fix.

I didn't mention it to the staff but there were spiders in the room. The sofa bed was dirty also, it had not been moved nor cleaned under. We were there for a family reunion and the staff took us to a two towels per room. Linen was improperly cleaned. The machine that holds sodas, water, and other condiments wasn't properly stored or stocked. STATEMENT IS ABOVE
