Great room, very large bathroom. Staff very friendly and gym well equipped. Beautiful hotel, located in the Loop In the evenings although well located, the area was not lively, it is mostly the business area of Chicago. Price Quality ratio quite high: you had to add the breakfast which was tasty but like in a restaurant, for the price I've paid I would have loved to have the breakfast fully included.

We stayed on the executive level and enjoyed the room, bed, breakfast and room darkening curtains. I thoroughly enjoyed my bath. There was mold in the shower on the bottom seal of the shower and there was no vent in the bathroom. My husband didn’t shower the day we left because his first shower was “more cold than anything”. The water pressure wasn’t great and the temperature was mildly warm.

Good size room with plenty of room to seat 4(had a nice long chaise at end of bed. Very clean! Delicious breakfast There is a resort fee that if you eat at the hotel you get half of it back. But you must charge to your room.

Location Housekeeping was an issue! To knock on the door after 4.30pm to make up the room is unacceptable. We paid $700 per night for 3 nights which is pretty steep! No breakfast included, an expensive stay!
