Do breakfast was good and the room was clean. I was on the third floor, and it smelled horrific all day long. There was construction being done; that was not tapered off. Items were left on top of vending machines and in open view and access of public. The pool was green and cloudy; the hot tub was no better.. when I returned to my room, I was in need of some ice. The ice machine on my floor (3rd)

I liked the location. It was quiet & close to a lot of places. One of the side entry doors had a missing handle & therefore it did not close. The door remained wide open the entire time myself & my partner stayed from Thursday to Sunday. It felt very unsafe as anyone without a room would be able to just walk in & not even have to come past the front desk. They could just go straight to the elevator & go wherever needed & that should not be the case. There was also no security in sight. I also visited the lobby restroom & the toilet was overflowing with tissue. I went into the men’s restroom because I really needed to go & it smelled horrid. I also should

It was close to where I wanted to be. The property itself was fine, but the people that worked there, not so much. We stayed for two nights, four people in a room. We left the second morning after eating breakfast. The bananas ( ALL OF THEM!) looked like they had their best days weeks ago. They were black, soft and rotten! The rest of the food looked decent, but the woman working the room was just unpleasant, not saying good morning after being spoken to and snappy when asked about food. We left about 10:00 and returned after a long, exasperating day. The room had not been attended to and that included no new towels and trash cans

The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. And location was where we needed. The coffee was lukewarm and bad. The pool was advertised on the site I booked from but when we got there was closed and had been for a while. The room we were originally given the toilet was broken and the maintenance had been in there fixing the tub which still needed to be caulked. The hallway was freezing, the elevator was rickety. Shelves were falling off the walls in the first room. The tub in the 2nd room was dangerously slippery.

I liked the distance from the ball field to hotel. I really enjoyed the layout of the room and spacious bathroom. I didn't like the tone of voice a staff member had when she spoke to me and another staff member. Or the simple fact she questioned if she really needed to come down and help the employee when the said employee called her for help.

The location was very convenient for a variety if restaurants and shopping. The staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there. The shower/ tub floor was tilted towards the middle of the tub. The entire hotel was under construction, so it was a bit noisy.
