The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room I had booked was for handicapped accommodations due to the arthritis in my body. My room was on the first floor which I appreciated given the health issues I struggle with. The room upon entering was clean and cool in temperature. The toiletries were very nice! I enjoyed the soap with the white tea added! The toilet sat low and no grab bars in bathroom at all. The light fixture above the sink has streaks of something that gives the appearance of poop. There was no cover to the back of the remote and TV wouldn't turn on. There were pads of paper with hotel emblem but no pen provided.

Good location. Staff pleasant. Refrigerator had just been turned on and it wasn’t cold at all. I have a diabetic medicine that must be kept cold and I had to ask for it to be put in a different frig by the office. There was no freezer in the room and I keep my cooler cold with frozen water bottles. There were no cups or glasses of any kind in the room. No Kleenex. The heating/air unit in the room was unplugged and I was unable to plug it in because it did not have a standard plug. I had to call for assistance. The location and reasonable rates I realize that a two day stay that maids do not make beds or deep clean room but our very tiny garbage cans were never emptied. Had to leave garbage on bathroom vanity. 3 people were in room and only 3 bathtowels for showering for 2 days. A list of fines posted in room that stated $50 for a stolen coffemaker which was not even in the room. No coffee either of course. List of fines posted everywhere but no TV station list in room. Will not stay here again.

Price, you get what you pay for. Location was good for us traveling by. There was adequate parking for a big rig. The room smelled like a wet dog. Question the cleanliness of the floor. The chair in the room should be thrown out, it is so dirty.

Breakfast was good the first day but un-stocked the second. My room has some major repairs to the ceiling that needed to be done, also my walls were very thin my my neighbors were extremely loud.

The convenience off of the interstate. Breakfast was decent for the price of the hotel. It really needs an update. If you're claustrophobic you will not like the bathrooms. Way too small!
