I had an issue with my payment (via Booking.com price not matching the price of the rooms) and the property manager took care of the issue because Booking.com reps were not resolving the issue with any urgency and she knew I needed to get my family settled in. She was so helpful & accommodating. I would definitely go back. The pool & hot tub was closed and I didnt get the notification ahead of my arrival.

Clean, being repainted in halls, good appearance. No card entry at side doors - requiring use of front door only and parking in front only. That’s a correctable inconvenience. Refrigerator too small.

Staff was good. A lot of construction in the front area and right outside of my room, carpets down the halls need to be replaced.
