The hotel was very clean. The carpet looked new. As we walked in the girl at the counter was nice...not overly friendly or welcoming though. The beds were very comfortable. The room didn't smell fresh. It smelled like it had been closed up for a while. Also the chair in the living area was broken. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was really good. The breakfast hostess the first morning we were there did not keep the area very clean. The hostess we has the rest of the mornings was very friendly and had a very nice smile.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. I was advised by the desk clerk to park on the side of the building, which I did. In the morning, the hood of my car was covered with bird droppings from birds roosting in the small trees along the edge of the parking lot. These trees should be trimmed away from the parking area, or guests should be told not to park there.
