Nice gym! Comfortable beds and great pillows. Should consider placing appliqués on tub floor to decrease fall risk and slipperiness. Lastly, not so sure why you have 2 separate shuttles - it is one area, more customer friendly to have drivers pull in to airport and ask which hotel and take ppl there. One driver let us off the other driver LITERALLY PASSED BY MARRIOT as he pulled in and continued to drive and made my injured husband walk. Described above

The location to the airport was ideal. The airport gives you direct access to the orange line to take you downtown. It is listed that there is no free breakfast, but the restaurant downstairs is not really ideal. If you don’t want to spend a fortune. There is a Starbucks, which is nice, but my family had to go buy breakfast elsewhere. In the hotel itself is nice but that’s it. It’s very basic and it cost a fortune even for Chicago and the location.

The staff was great when we checked in! Gave us waters, a great explanation of the facilities and shuttle. We were leaving too early to enjoy the restaurant but having a Starbucks in the lobby with an early flight out was very convenient! We heard from multiple people, don’t walk around the hotel properties. Apparently it’s a high crime area. We felt very safe inside the hotel and had zero issues. I would have never known that was a possible issue.

I was told in the elevator that the place use to be a dump but it’s nice now. I agree it’s a nicer facility to an extent. Elevators or raggedy and our room door had a big gap on the side. Which let in a lot of light at night. Also no breakfast? Crazy!

Was told concierge lounge was $10 per adult which should have been a total of $40, 2 adults per room rented. Rooms 106 & 205. We I got home I looked at my bill and we were charge $80 or $40 each on both rooms.
